In connection with the successful completion of the experiment on the implementation of the project «Electronic student card» and in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated May 22, 2013 No. 575 «Some issues of providing student and apprentice (for vocational and technical educational institutions) electronic tickets, starting with the 2013 academic year», in order to put into operation the information and analytical system of accounting and reimbursement of benefits, that are provided to students and pupils when selling them travel tickets, heads of higher educational institutions and vocational and technical educational institutions are recommended, starting from the 2013 academic year, to introduce electronic student and pupil (for vocational and technical educational institutions) tickets — a payment card, according to the established model by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated August 14, 2006 No. 617.

We provide a plan of mandatory actions that educational institutions must take to order electronic student/pupil tickets.
