Electronic reception desk — new possibilities of the information space «My education»

During the academic year, the administration and employees of the educational institution receive many questions regarding all aspects of the educational institution’s activities. Among these questions, there are many of the same type, moreover, they are repeated time and time again. The school administration has to spend a lot of working time on providing the same type of answers, but this is not an efficient use of the resources of the educational institution. After all, the answers to the questions distract the administration and school employees from the main task — the organization of the educational process. In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of providing answers to the questions of parents and schoolchildren, a new module «Electronic Reception».
Activation of the «Electronic Reception» module provides each educational institution registered in the information space «My Education», the possibility of creating and supporting an electronic reception desk. Setting up the module allows you to ask questions electronically and get answers not only to registered users of the portal «My education», but also to all those who need information related to the educational process of a certain educational institution. For questions that are asked most often, it is possible to compile a list of frequently asked questions (F.A.Q.). Each question and answer in this list has a rating — how many visitors find this information useful.
Thanks to the electronic reception, the exchange of information between the school administration and parents and students is significantly improved due to the creation of a single information space.
