The automated management system of «University» has expanded its functionality. A new useful option of the system allows the educational institution to set up communication with EDEBO in such a way as to receive from it all previously entered information.
This feature will help educational institutions in cases where:
- the higher educational institution begins to use ASU «University» and, avoiding double work, imports into the new automated the information system previously entered in the EDEBO;
- the higher educational institution uses ASU «University» and transmits information to the EDEBO, but under certain circumstances this information is not got into its subsystems of the Deans Office/Admissions Commission/Studmistechko JSC.
Thus, the Institute has created a mechanism for a favorable start of work for future users of the Automated Management System «Higher Educational Institution», and for current users the opportunity to update the data in the system according to the requirements of EDEBO.
