ASU «VNZ»: updating the best system in Ukraine for higher educational institutions

ASU «VNZ» allows you to optimally take into account the needs of any higher educational institution in the organization of modern electronic document management. Currently, 56 leading public and private higher educational institutions of Ukraine use the functionality of this complex. Specialists of the Research Institute of Applied Information Technologies, in accordance with the requirements of the time, enriched the system’s capabilities with new useful properties.
First of all, a group data export operation has been added: «Create a package for ordering Euroapplications». It is also possible to display the university’s schedule on its web pages. The project is optimized for use on high-traffic sites to students and staff always have access to their timetable. The web timetable provides the possibility of fine-tuning the display for an organic look, in accordance with the accepted design style of the site. It is also possible to post the timetable on the facilities of «NDI PIT».
In addition to the above, the following changes and additions have been made to ASU «VNZ».

In addition to the above, the following changes and additions have been made to ASU «VNZ».
In JSC «Dekanat»:
- added the «Qualification description» module and the qualification description editing form;
- the «Qualification description» field was added to the student’s documents, the «Qualification» field was changed from a text field to a link field with the «Qualification» directory;
- added group operation of adding qualifications, description of qualifications, registration numbers for students’ documents;
- fields have been added to the form «Disciplines of the supplement to the diploma»: number of ECTS credits, number of hours, years of study of the discipline, type of national scale;
- implemented the possibility of creating individual information for individual disciplines from the «Student Success» form;
- Examiner and Date fields have been added to the Edit Hours and Grades form.
In JSC «Admission Commission»:
- in the applicant’s application form, on the «Personal data» tab, the «Consent to the transfer of personal data to EDEBO» checkbox has been added;
- changes have been made regarding integration with EDEBO (improvement of synchronization, search, transfer of information);
- from now on «Permanent residence permit in Ukraine» is included in the list of types of documents certifying identity;
- Higher educational institutions without structural subdivisions in EDEBO can transfer data to EDEBO on behalf of the educational institution.
